She makes sure your form is correct and I have never felt discomfort after sessions. I really enjoy the lessons and hope to be able to continue going to Karen. As someone with osteoporosis I was cautious about Pilates since so much incorporates bending and stretching the spine-something I’d been advised against doing because my bones had become so porous. But I was also advised to strengthen my core, and working with Karen was a game changer for me. I can’t describe how much strength I gained from the once a week sessions, or how careful and thoughtful Karen was in making accommodations for my limitations. Am so grateful.
